The Culture That Makes Agents Feel Like They Belong

If you’ve been in real estate long enough, you know that every brokerage talks about culture. The word gets used so often that it’s lost most of its meaning. We don’t want to do that here, so we’re going to let one of our agents talk about it for us.

In a short video, Kellie Ellis shares what attracted her to BluPrint Real Estate Group and what the culture actually feels like from the inside.

“The culture at BluPrint is incredibly warm and inviting. The managing brokers have done an incredible job at inviting and hiring people into the brokerage that are kind, giving team players, there to help each other. In doing so, we’ve been able to do things out in the community and have events together where we got to know each other, even just general trainings that we’ll have a couple times a month. And every single time, everyone has been warm, hospitable. They all have eager minds that want to learn and want to grow and want to help each other. And it is just such an incredible feeling to know that everybody belongs.”

The word worth pausing on: Belongingness. Kellie credits that feeling to the managing brokers, Nicole, Rick, and Summer, and to the people they’ve invited and hired into the brokerage: kind, giving, team players, and there to help each other.
